Chipped Social LLC Return and Refund Policy

At Chipped Social LLC, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their press-on nails purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any press-on nails that have been opened or used.

2. Returnable Items:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, you may do so at your own expense within 14 days of receiving the item. Simply reach out to hi@chippedsocial.com to start your return process.

3. Defective Products:

  • If you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hi@chippedsocial.com for further instructions. We will either refund your purchase or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

4. Return Process:

  • To return an unopened and unused item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at hi@chippedsocial.com.
